Catering Menus

Fresh, local, creative . . . these are all words that describe the Fredericton Convention Centre’s meal options. But there is only one word we really care about – delicious! And we hear that from our guests all the time.

The menus provide a range of options to suit your event. As much as possible, our chef sources local, in-season foods, and we have created special entrees that focus on our local delicacies.

The menus are searchable and sorted by meal category. If you have a special request, or dietary concerns, we are more than happy to help.
